Student Billing
Billing & Payment Portal
All students and authorized payers can view detailed statements, submit payments, and set up payment plans through the SFCM billing and payment portal, Nelnet. New students will gain access to Nelnet after their credentials are created and they have completed the Nelnet and payment checklist items in their Admitted Student Portal.
Billing Statement Availability
Invoices for the Fall semester will be available via Nelnet by mid-July, and invoices for the Spring semester will be available via Nelnet by mid-December.
Deadlines & Fees
All bills are due in full or payment plans must be set up by the following dates. A $75 late fee will be assessed if payment is not received or payment plan is not set up by the deadlines listed below.

Payment Plans & Schedule
Students may sign up for an installment payment plan through Nelnet during the designated periods below. A $50 non-refundable fee (per term) is required upon sign-up.
We offer two sign-up periods for payment plans. Students who sign up during the Early Sign-Up period are not required to make their first payment until the designated due date. Those who sign up during the Regular Sign-Up period must make an initial payment of 25% of their balance at the time of signing up for the payment plan.
