*Based on placement exam results, students may be required to take MMT 602 and/or MMT 604. Credits earned for MMT 602/604 will not count toward the overall credit requirements for graduation, but these credits must be successfully completed and course grades will affect GPA.
Master’s students perform an evaluation at the end of their first semester and a jury at the end of their second semester. In their second year, master’s students will perform a fall evaluation and give a recital preview prior to their recital date. The recital preview replaces the final jury requirement. Specific repertoire requirements can be found in the Voice Department Handbook which is updated and published each fall.
