Please note that audition requirements are updated each September for the upcoming application cycle.

All live auditions will take place on campus in San Francisco.

Audition Requirements

There is no prescreening requirement for Classical Guitar applicants.

Please prepare the following:

• One transcription of a work written before 1750
• One classical or romantic work (including the Segovia repertoire) written for guitar
• One 20th-century work written for guitar
