Many teachers inspired me, but I had a professional collaboration with Maurizio Costanzo (Italian journalist, screenwriter, and film director) that was a true learning experience for me. I was the New York contributor for his live network TV talk show: The Maurizio Costanzo Show. Some of that experience still inspires me when I’m teaching Italian in my classes.

Years ago, when I started leading a conversation Italian group at Stanford University, I discovered the pleasure and purpose of teaching my language and culture to others. After many years of teaching, I still enjoy discovering new ways of teaching Italian designed for my students' needs.

There are two cities, Milan with the La Scala opera theater, and Verona with the arena di Verona. Fantastic music stages.
