| Order a TranscriptA transcript is an official copy of the student’s record showing units and grades of Conservatory work. The Conservatory cannot issue transcripts of work completed at any other school. PLEASE NOTE: Our offices will be closed December 21st - January 2nd. We will not process transcripts during this time. Please plan accordingly Ordering Online (preferred method)The Conservatory has partnered with Scrip-Safe to provide students with access to a online ordering system through a secure website. Order updates will be emailed to you and you can also check your order status and history online. To utilize this service you will need to complete your transcript request through www.iwantmytranscript.com/sfcm. To create an account, follow these steps:
Your account is now ready! Anytime you need to order transcripts, just login and follow the steps. You will not need to submit a consent form each time you place an order in the future. First TranscriptThe first transcript you ever order from the Conservatory is free (not including the Scrip-Safe fee). Indicate this in your comments field and you will be refunded the transcript cost after verification. Electronic TranscriptsYou may request an electronic transcript if you last attended the Conservatory in 2000 or later. If not, you must order a paper copy. You may order electronic transcripts for a discounted rate of $5.00 per copy. The discount will be applied as a refund after you submit the order. Please note, that official transcripts cannot be sent directly to the student. If you need an unofficial copy sent to you via email, please contact Carissa Ibert (cibert@sfcm.edu) directly. There is no charge for unofficial transcripts. FeesSCRIP-SAFE charges a $2.25 processing fee for each recipient (transcript addressee) in addition to the cost of the transcript. Order updates will be emailed to you, and you can also check your order status and history online. You may use your Visa or MasterCard to order. If there is an error and the order must be canceled, it is possible to receive a refund. Transcript costs:
Expedited ShippingTranscripts can be delivered through FedEx for domestic and international locations. Charges are based on location and type of service. Be aware Federal Express cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. If you wish to use FedEx, please call Carissa Ibert (415.503.6292) to indicate the speed of service (two-day, overnight, first overnight) and provide a credit card number with expiration date or a FedEx account number. You will be charged by FedEx. For arrival and cost estimates, you can also visit their website at www.fedex.com. Processing TimeTranscript requests normally take one to three days for processing, except during peak times of high volume or holiday breaks. Processing time does not reflect delivery time. Please plan accordingly. Ordering in PersonPick up a Transcript Request Form during business hours from the Office of the Registrar, Room 408. You must make your payment at the Business Office.
