Student Support Offices
A number of Conservatory offices and staff are available to support students and their academic programs of study.
Office of the Registrar
The Registrar's Office is responsible for maintaining students' academic records. This office coordinates registration for each fall and spring semester, scheduling of classes and juries, statistical reporting, transcript preparation and issuance, class and grade rosters, and directory preparation. The office also completes necessary forms for the Veterans Administration.

Office of Student Life
The Office of Student Life provides programs and services that enhance student learning, provide leadership opportunities, promote community development, and support the educational goals of Conservatory students. The Office of Student Life oversees the student health insurance plan, health and wellness programs, international student services, social activities, student conduct, and residential life and housing.

Office of Financial Aid
The Conservatory maintains a generous financial aid program, including scholarships, grants, loans and part-time employment. Approximately 97 percent of our students receive some portion of their assistance directly from Conservatory scholarships. Conservatory financial aid awards generally include gift assistance (scholarship or grant) and self-help assistance (loans and work opportunities).

Professional Development and Outreach Center
The Professional Development and Outreach Center offers advising and instruction on grant proposals, digital portfolios, websites, resumes, bios, audio and video editing, fundraising, graduate school and festival applications, project startup, brainstorming and more! The Professional Development and Outreach Center is a creative space where students receive career counseling, support and training on their professional endeavors, multi-media projects, presentation skills, employment research and more. Additionally, the Professional Development and Outreach Center houses the Music-to-Go, Conservatory in the Schools, and Community Service programs.
