Collegiate Students
| RegistrationCurrently, all students register on campus. We are undergoing the process of implementing an online registration system, but it will probably not be available until spring 2013. Students will not be allowed to register without first meeting with their Faculty Advisor. Each student is assigned a faculty adviser by the Office of the Registrar. Your faculty advisor will assist you in choosing appropriate classes according to your curriculumAdvisors also approve students' requests to add or drop classes. For a list of courses that are currently closed to enrollment, please click here. Fall RegistrationNew and returning students all register during the orientation period in August.Students will receive an appointment for a meeting with their Faculty Advisor and to register in person. Registration appointments are assigned by class level and, then, randomly within that class level. Students are not allowed to change appointments and any missed appointment will result in a registration appointment at the end of that business day. General faculty advising and registration dates may be found on the Academic Calendar and Orientation pages. Spring RegistrationReturning students are allowed to pre-register for classes during the period listed in the Academic Calendar. All students must meet with their faculty advisor before registering. Students who did not pre-register in the fall or are new for the spring must register on the registration day also listed in the Academic Calendar. There are no assigned appointments for spring registration. More specific details regarding pre-registration and spring registration are distributed via email or student mailboxes. Keep in mind that it is ultimately the student's responsibility to know and satisfactorily complete the requirements for the degree, diploma or certificate programs in which they are enrolled. Any students registering after the listed registration days will be subjected to a $75 late fee.
