Archive Reference

We are happy to provide reference services that can be performed within a reasonable timeframe. If you have a question, please email us with a detailed description of your research needs.

Some key elements to a reference question may include:

• Names of persons or organizations.
• Dates (can be approximate).
• Subjects or keywords associated with your question.

For requests of copies or scans of archival materials, patrons may be required to sign a Permission to Examine form, which will be provided by the Archives.

We will respond to your email as soon as possible. For large or time-consuming reference requests, the Archives may suggest the researcher visit us to perform their own research.
