How to Enroll in the Pre-College Division
All application and enrollment in the Pre-College Division is done through our online system. We no longer accept or generate paper applications. Our online system will be available for Fall 2013 beginning April 8, 2013 for new students To begin the process please click on the purple icon on any of the prep web pages to be taken to the site.
First, print the following instructions. An adult must create an account before adding children under 18. Click Request Account, complete contact information and click Submit & Add Family Member to add each child. Return to My Account and click Register for Courses under the Other Services menu. Choose 2013/14 Pre-College Division Fall Semester in the Semester search window.
** If you choose more than one audition or exam, please add all selections to the cart before paying. You will only be charged one application fee. Be sure to read all waivers, policies and the information and schedule on the receipt.

Scholarship awards are assigned during the summer for the next academic year. Applications are available in the Pre-College Division office or you may download one below. The deadline for scholarship applications is June 1, each year. Limited awards may be offered after the deadline depending upon availability. Scholarships are awarded on the joint basis of merit and demonstrated need.Scholarship Application
A $50 refundable, one-time library deposit is required of all new students. This fee is not applicable to Early Childhood students, who are not eligible for library cards. Library cards are available upon request once tuition has been paid. You may request your library card from the security desk. Please allow up to two weeks for receipt.Make-Up Policy
Lessons: Intention to withdraw must be submitted in writing. If notice is received on or before September 21, 2013 (for fall term) or February 8, 2014 (for spring term), one-half of the tuition amount will be refunded. No refunds will be made after these dates.Classes: Students who submit notice in writing before the second class meeting will receive a tuition refund less the nonrefundable application and registration fees. No refunds will be made after the second class meeting.
