Golden Gate Hall

Golden Gate Hall (GGH) is a student residence facility offering affordable, convenient housing for students in partnership with the Conservatory. Residents enjoy all the amenities of a residence hall, plus the ease of living within a two-minute walk of the Conservatory. This recently renovated space offers single and double rooms at special student rates and with flexible leasing terms.

Students may choose from an arrange of living arrangements at GGH. For those interested in double rooms, the Conservatory assists in roommate matching.

The Conservatory Office of Student Life has arranged for three Resident Assistants (RAs) to provide support to students at GGH. Additionally, RAs host ongoing programs and events as a way for students to meet and connect with their classmates as they join the Conservatory community.

Rooms include furniture (bed, dresser, desk), a small refrigerator and microwave, wireless internet, wall-mounted flat-screen television with cable, telephone, small single, and linens (optional; many students choose to bring their own). Other highlights include a communal kitchen; student lounge with television, billiards and ping pong; three practice and study spaces; laundry facilities; regular housekeeping of common spaces; 24-hour security; and a fitness facility.
