“Every time I go to the Conservatory and hear the talented young artists make such magnificent music, I know exactly why I have included the Conservatory in my estate plans.”-- Hugh Trutton, member of the Ada Clement Society
The Ada Clement Society, named for one of the Conservatory's founders, was established to acknowledge those who have pledged their support by making a planned gift to the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
Society members are invited to special events at the Conservatory and are acknowledged in each year's annual report (unless anonymity is requested).
Forms of planned giving can include charitable trusts, gifts to a pooled income fund, or gifts of life insurance or other assets. Planned giving can also include a bequest in the form of gifts of cash, personal property or other assets provided in your will or personal estate plan.
A well-structured planned gift can create a safe, stable income for you and your family and may also provide you with tax benefits. You should consult with a financial advisor or estate planner to create a planned gift that meets your needs.
