Jeffrey Anderson joined the San Francisco Symphony as Principal Tubist in 2002. Mr. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Music Degree and Performer's Certificate from Indiana University where he studied with Harvey Phillips. He completed his Master of Music Degree at Arizona State University as a student of Daniel Perantoni. Prior to joining the SFS, he held positions with the New Mexico Symphony and Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, and has been a featured numerous times as soloist with both ensembles.
