Man Dance, the noted male dance troupe based in San Francisco, returns to the San Francisco Conservatory of Music with their summer show, “It Takes Two to Tango” on July 30 and 31 at 8:00 PM.

Description:
“Imagine combining the exciting world of competitive ballroom dance with the gossamer world of ballet, and you’ll get some idea of what’s in store,” said Bryon Heinrich, founder and executive director of the dance company, now in its second year. “We’re bringing together ballroom champions with our corps de ballet, and the results are absolutely thrilling. It’s a love story for the ages!”

The Man Dance troupe of seven professional local male dancers will be joined by International Latin Dance Champion Roby Tristan, rising national stars Chelsea Wielstein and Eric Koptke. Co-director of Rainbow Love Salsa Co. Jesus Ortiz, and a bevy of dancers from the Diablo, Oakland, and Peninsula Ballet Companies.
